In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "hk444", "we", "us", "our" refers to the hk444 platform and its operating entity, accessible at hk444.io.
• "Platform" refers to the hk444 website, mobile interface, all associated software, games, betting markets, payment systems, and support services accessible via hk444.io.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the hk444 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User on the hk444 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) deposited into or held within a User's hk444 Account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by hk444 to Users subject to applicable terms.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the hk444 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Access to and use of the hk444 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use. hk444 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

hk444 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any point following registration. Users may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo identification card, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify their identity, age, and payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending review.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your hk444 Account. The following obligations apply to every registered User:

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify hk444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• hk444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all contact information associated with your Account — including mobile number, email address, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not allow any other person to use your hk444 Account, place bets on your behalf, or access your Account funds. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You acknowledge that hk444 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close your Account if it detects unusual activity, suspected fraud, suspected bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.

hk444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically five (5) business days — may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on the hk444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hk444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your hk444 Account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 45 minutes for mobile wallet methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to one (1) business day. hk444 reserves the right to extend processing times during peak periods, system maintenance, or pending account verification.

Verification requirement: hk444 requires that the payment method used for withdrawals matches the payment method used to make the most recent deposit. Users may not withdraw funds to a payment method that has not been previously used to fund the Account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.

Transaction limits: Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal amounts are set at the account tier level and communicated to Users within their Account dashboard. hk444 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at any time, particularly for high-volume accounts under review.

hk444 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, Users should be aware that their mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees, which are outside hk444's control. hk444 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Funds deposited into a hk444 Account may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the Platform. hk444 does not pay interest on Account balances. All funds held in a User's Account remain the property of the User and are held separately from hk444's operating funds.

hk444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Users should read all applicable bonus terms carefully before accepting any offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a User's Account in a designated bonus wallet, separate from the real-money balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome and deposit-match bonuses is stated clearly in the relevant promotional page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet bonus balance will expire and be removed from the Account.

• hk444 is not obligated to notify Users of the expiry of a bonus period. Users are responsible for monitoring their own bonus status and wagering progress within their Account dashboard.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the hk444 Platform. Specific rules for individual games and betting markets are published in the relevant game or sport section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on hk444 are final once confirmed. Users may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly made available for a specific market.
• hk444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market affected by a system error, incorrect odds, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the Platform's records will be considered the primary source of truth. hk444 will investigate such disputes and communicate its decision within five (5) business days.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per market and per game type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by hk444 at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hk444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the hk444 Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation — including placing bets based on inside information not available to the general public.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction intended to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.

All content on the hk444 Platform — including but not limited to the hk444 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to hk444 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hk444 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without hk444's prior written consent.

Third-party game content — including games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to hk444 for display on the Platform. Users have no rights to such content beyond the right to play the games in the normal course of Platform use.

• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by sporting event organisers or governing bodies that affect the settlement of betting markets.
• Losses incurred as a result of a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

The hk444 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hk444 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content. hk444's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and an updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

hk444 may terminate or suspend a User's Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at hk444's sole discretion. In the event of Account termination for a User who is not in breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting hk444 support at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited and any pending bets will be settled according to normal market settlement rules. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the hk444 Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and hk444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law, as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through hk444's internal complaint process shall be referred to binding arbitration.
